I was born and raised in North Florida before moving to the Central Florida area in 2014. My love for psychology started early in life. Whether I was a sounding board for my friends and family, or analyzing my own thoughts and reactions, the draw to understand and help those around me has always been strong.

I specialize in working with ages 10-30 facing a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to: depression, self-esteem, trauma, and anxiety. Using interventions from cognitive-behavioral/person-centered therapies and EMDR, I aim to help you use your strengths to overcome difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
